“Most of the shadows of this life are caused by standing in one's own sunshine.”
My approach to therapy is warm and welcoming to provide you with a safe and supportive space. We will collaborate to set treatment goals to ensure that our work together reflects your priorities. My specialty populations include: children & families, college students, and young adult women (20s & 30s). Some of the reasons people seek therapy include feelings of sadness & depression, anxiety & stress, traumatic experiences, difficulty adapting to life transitions, low self-confidence, and chronic illness & health concerns. In therapy, we will explore new perspectives and practice skills to empower you to grow and make positive changes in your life.
