Christina Hower LCMHC

Warm • Welcoming • Collaborative

My approach to therapy is warm and welcoming to provide you with a safe and supportive space. We will collaborate to set treatment goals to ensure that our work together reflects your priorities. I specialize in working with young adult women in their 20s & 30s. Some of the reasons people seek therapy include feelings of sadness & depression, anxiety & stress, traumatic experiences, difficulty adapting to life transitions, low self-confidence, and chronic illness & health concerns. In therapy, we will explore new perspectives and practice skills to empower you to grow and make positive changes in your life.
