Fees and Payment

Payment is due upon time of service. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for BlueCross and BlueShield of North Carolina, Aetna, and Cigna. Please check your individual plan for detals of your helthcare benefits.

For all other insurance plans, your insurance coverage may include out-of-network benefits. When using out-of-network benefits, you are responsible for the full fee at the time of service. I am happy to provide you with documentation you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement directly to you.
